I enjoyed the little restaurant in the lobby. It was convenient after a long day of exploring. I felt at home with the familiar atmosphere that reminded me of my time in Italy. The shared lounge was a nice place to unwind with a drink and chat with other guests, which I appreciated as someone who loves connecting with different cultures.

My experience was affected by road closures that made it difficult to access the hotel. The staff mentioned it was out of their control, which added to my frustration. I also noticed the area outside had a lot of street activity that felt overwhelming at times.

I loved the spacious Superior King Room, and the shower was super nice, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The hotel has a great sun terrace for lounging and a cozy indoor lounge perfect for catching up on some TV. One small downside was that one side of the bed felt a little worn, but it didn't ruin my stay at all! 😀

I chowed down at nearby spots like Buckhorn Grill and Focaccia Market, where the flavors of the local veggies really popped! Plus, the comfy beds made for solid nights of sleep after a day of exploring the city. Not to mention the inviting lounge area was perfect for kicking back after a long day.

On the flip side, the staff’s response to my requests was super slow — I almost thought I was invisible! Waiting two hours for towels was a real buzzkill, especially when I had to hop to Target just to handle my needs. The staff finally apologized but left me feeling left out to dry — literally.

i had a fabulous stay at bei san francisco, trademark collection by wyndham. the hotel provided excellent private security, which helped ease my concerns. the executive room was spacious and comfortable, offering a nice retreat after exploring. the staff was friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed.

The location was really convenient for attending an event at the nearby Civic Center, which was a major plus. I appreciated the overall cleanliness of the room and the comfortable beds that made for a reasonable stay. However, the lack of dining options within the hotel and only one chair for a double room felt quite limiting during our stay.

The outdoor entertainment area was a hit with our family! We especially enjoyed the spacious King Murphy beds which added extra comfort, making our stay relaxing. The hotel staff made us feel right at home and were quick to answer any questions we had.

My children wanted more family-oriented activities available. It would be great to have a small play area or kids' games to keep them entertained.

I enjoyed my stay for two nights and found the staff to be very nice and helpful. Being just a few steps away from the Asian Art Museum made for a delightful morning stroll. I also loved that I could easily walk to the vibrant Mission Dolores Park for some fresh air and relaxation, which really added to my weekend exploring the city.
